The essential skincare routine that anyone can follow

All of our organs need to be detoxed and taken care of periodically; Why should our skin be treated differently? After all, it is the largest organ in our body. It protects us from harsh outdoor conditions and keeps our interiors in place. Since this organ is exposed to the outside environment all day, every day, it makes sense to give it some attention to keep it functioning properly.
Why should I care about skin care?
Skincare has been seen as a bit of a vanity in recent years. A person who pays attention to their body is classified as a narcissist. But you need to understand that daily work, busy schedules, hectic and unhealthy lifestyle takes its toll on your body. Symptoms of poor health appear on your skin first, before they appear on any other part of your body. Time really affects us, but pre-mature wrinkles, dull skin, sun damage, and some severe conditions like eczema and psoriasis can all be prevented and treated with a proper skin care routine.
How do I start a fit and perfect routine?
Before designing the system, you need to determine your skin type. The different types include – oily, dry, sensitive and combination skin. You also need to check for any other issues that you may want to address. You have to understand that there is no set system for everyone because we are all different. The meaning that works for your family or friends may not be the best solution for you.
What is the basic skin care regimen?

1. Cleansing
To clean, you need to invest in a sulfate-free detergent. These cleansers are mild and don’t completely remove natural oils, leaving you feeling soft and smooth. A good cleanser removes excess oil and dirt without drying you out.
2. Toning
Stay away from toners that contain alcohol. Alcohol inks are harsh and drying. You can use a natural toner such as rose water. And if you have dry skin, you can skip this step.
3. Hydration
Moisturizers help moisturize. Use a moisturizer that contains an SPF to give you protection from the sun’s rays. There are different types of moisturizers for different skin types. Before you choose one, remember that it is best to choose a natural product that is organic and non-comedogenic.
